Frozen Salmon sushi crafted by our experienced sushi chef in a frozen format. We use wild salmon as much as possible (where available, depending on weather/season) from the West Coast.

The most popular classic sushi fish with a rich, fatty sweetness and smooth melt in your mouth texture. Balanced out with our red vinegar sushi rice "shari".
