職人

Shokunin means artisan. Our sushi chef uses high quality ingredients to craft sushi, piece by piece with obsessive attention to detail. Using the latest technologies & processes, the sushi is frozen at peak freshness.

The final product, when thawed allows each bite that 'just crafted' taste allowing people to savor the mastery in each bite.

鮮魚

- Fresh Premium Fish

West coast local ingredients like Salmon, Black Cod, and Rockfish.

We source the best and freshest fish from local fisherman and companies specializing in obtaining the freshest fish possible. Our fish are generally local, sustainable, and frozen within 24 hours of catch.

We transform these ultra fresh fish into a range of unforgettable Japanese sushi that is then frozen at peak freshness which can be thawed for delicious consumption.

酢飯

Our foundation.

Without good 'shari' or sushi rice, we cannot deliver what traditional sushi is known for. While the fish may be in the spotlight, shari works in the background to accentuate and bring balance to each piece.

We handpicked rice from Japan especially suited for our sushi paired with traditional red vinegar typically seen only in high-end omakase restaurants.
